Refund Policy

As flowers are a perishable item, all sales are final.  If an issue occurs, please make sure to let us know within 24 hours of delivery or pick up.  If the arrangement is not liked, we can recreate it or make adjustments.  Since flowers are perishable items, you need to water them to make them last.
